I chase Seroquel (25mg) with ZzzQuil, too. There used to be something called Simply Sleep, little blue tablets, that were the best OTC sleep med I've veer found. Then the stuff stopped being sold here - but I've noticed that Amazon sells it.
Side effects of Seroquel, do you mean? Well, dosage for sleep is always very low, between 12.5 and 50mgs. For me, Seroquel has caused major weight gain even at a low dose. Seroquel is notorious for causing weight gain. The problem is, it really does induce sleep.
Besides weight gain, Seroquel is like any antipsychotic, with the same side effects.
