You may have hit the nail on the head! "I just have such a social phobia of interviews"

Could it be that during the interview, your sending out vibes to the interviewer that are negative in some way? Too shy? Too unsure of yourself? etc etc. Maybe getting with someone who can help beef up your interviewing skills might pay off in the long run for you. Your resume may look great but if your face to face talks go down the drain...the paper means nothing.

I do hope you are able to find something soon. I do understand how frustrating it is to be turned down for jobs. A couple of years ago I relocated for about a year and tried to find work in 2 different areas that I was really good at. One was working for a newspaper...I had 18 years experience and the willingness to learn etc etc etc...I couldn't even get one newspaper (about 20 of them) to even give me a chance for a face to face interview. I was so mad...but what ya gonna do?? Fight back!
