I was noticeably anxious at the doctors despite my attempts to hide it. They kept asking me if I was ok and my blood pressure was a bit elevated and they had me lie down for my blood draw. I had just had a couple anxiety provoking email exchanges with my therapist before the appointment and it was 3 and I hadn’t had any visteral in over 24 hours.
