Perna, thanks for the link - I've signed up, it'll be a good place to track my goals.

RozG - my water pistol days are well and truly over & I can't imagine squirting my boss - she's too nice, now some of the sales managers...

WmD - sorry but my reaction to that is a universal YUCK!
