i'm so sorry that things got so difficult last nite in chat. i know it brought about MANY feelings and some were even triggered.

i don't think there's any way to predict something like that happening in chat. i do think that it chatters remember if someone comes in causing trouble they have a couple of options:

1) they can hit their "x" and leave. which i wouldn't want to leave if i was in chat with my friends having a good time.

2) go to another room. if the person follows, then go to a password protected room until it passes.

unfortunately, chat may get that way i hope it doesn't again, but if it does... everyone can go to another room and continue to enjoy
