I've had this before..... for me it is like... first contact... an alter letting herself/himself known for first time.... sometimes if I sit very quietly... without TV or music... and relax my mind.... images will start coming to me... and I do that over a few days... and gradually the alter will become clearer and clearer...until I know who ... is crying...

Lately.. I have been having that with an alter.. who just crys.. don't know who she is.. or why she is crying...
