Do you have a Human Resources department? If so, I would submit a formal complaint of discrimination. If not, then I would contact an employment lawyer for a free consultation regarding disability harassment and discrimination. I think you have a legitimate case --- if you are paid less for the same exact work as your co-workers, then you have a case of discrimination, and since there was a disciplinary action for nothing that would be considered as breaking a work policy, you have a legitimate case. Staring into space for a few minutes should not be considered breaking work policies. I would follow up and fight for your rights. This is not OK. OR, I would just leave.... but I am personally a fighter and if it were me, I would pursue it with HR or through legal means.
