wow. Yeah those smaller privately owned companies can really pull some ********.. make up some rules.. I had a boss that wrote me up for laughing.. while everyone else laughed.. at a non office meeting that was described as a retreat.. yeah.. and then it all was just more ******** then on.. we had no policies on getting write ups and probationary periods... but there was the dumb **** the best part was i was placed on that probation for 90 days.....so it expired right... three months go by never hear anything about issues NOTHING and few days later I get an email saying she was continuing the probation.. so I called her out saying she didnt do it within the time and it was based on untrue BS.. like I was late one morning like two months ago.. OMG this lady was ridiculous. She had a high school diploma and her husband was chummy with the owner only qualifications...
