You don’t even supposed to know what other people get paid. Is it fair? No. But that’s how it works.
I think it’s worth to take a look if other doctors offices hire. You have enough experience and you deserve better treatment

Yup thats how my last job was . They would bargain wages with new hires and randomly give people increases. Then Theyd have people sign agreements to not share what what their rate is with other staff. Basically it was up to you to decide if once you found out if someone made more than you, was it worth staying there?
