I am not coping today. I had to leave work early. I feel kind of like [TRIGGER I want to hurt myself, [/TRIGGER]
I am safe and don't 0lan on anything. I was hypomanic a couple weeks ago and I think I am coming down. I need someone to talk to me, who understands.
