Also, have you tried talking to your actual counselor about it? They might be able to talk to the billing person on your behalf. It's also possible that your counselor messed up a code in your chart or in what they passed along to the billing person. Or if they don't know what the problem is, maybe they could let you carry a balance on your account for a bit while the insurance company resolves the issue. Hope you can get it figured out!
