I feel the same. The politicizing and blame game is disturbing.

You are right I think, it's best to do what you can to keep yourself safe and filter out the other stuff. It's all we can do.

Practicing good self care is important too. Being in nature is helpful I find if you are lucky enough to have a park nearby. Failing that listening to sounds of nature - sea/trees/birds on YouTube.
