I’m coping pretty good. I’ve been to the store 3 times in the last 3 weeks and I’ve gotten very anxious all 3 times. Then I can’t concentrate and I end up not being able to do my full shopping. The store hasn’t even been very crowded. So tonight I just did my shopping online and got everything I needed. I don’t know if that is avoiding the issue and giving into my anxiety. But I mean, is it that bad to be overly cautious right now anyways? I have 2 appointments next week so I’ll still be going out of my house.
