I have made repeated attempts to contact the owner and she continues to blow me off. I looked over my bank statements and EOBs and they owe me a little over $300. I was able to get reimbursed for $125 or it would have been over $400. I called my insurance and they couldn’t advise me what to do but did tell me my calculations were accurate and that it would be no problem for the counseling office to resubmit the billing with proper codes. Some of the bills were submitted properly and my insurance did pay the counseling office but they still have not reimbursed me and won’t tell me why. I guess I will just report them to the better business bureau. If that doesn’t work then I’m just out $300 I guess.
