You don't really have a problem unless it bothers you. The bothering IS the problem, not the moods. If you decide you are bothered, then you can seek any number of avenues to help ease your frustration, not limited to "professional" help. By that I mean reading self-help books and doing your own investigation into your psyche. Professional help is one place to turn, but even then, you need to decide what type of experienced professional you want: a psychiatrist? a psychologist? a healer? a monk? friends?
