Ok, you know I'm not gunna think this is a great idea...so I won't even go there. If anything should be quit,....um...it maybe could be something else?

But if you insist - PLEASE don't do it cold turkey????? That could easily send you off the deep end, and to a very bad place. You KNOW how very dangerous that can be. Please please please, re- think this decision.
