Have you been seeing a therapist or other provider? Do you have any friends or family that you still talk to that are aware of how much you've been struggling?

Depression and anxiety can snowball. The more we avoid things the harder it gets to get out of that cycle. Sometimes it can be helpful to take even very small steps to break the cycle and start moving forward again. Sometimes it can be as simple as sending a text message to someone to say hi, or even just doing something small around the house. For me, I find that those things will often help slow the spiral and help me find some sense of purpose and competence again.

I'd also say that right now it's a stressful time with the virus and everything going on in the world. It's okay to feel overwhelmed and anxious. I think for a lot of people now is a difficult and somewhat traumatic time. There's a part of your reaction that is normal considering the crisis that we're in.
