I disputed all the credit card charges and cancelled all my counseling appointments. I was very polite about it. I think the counseling was helping me but when neither the owner or my counselor would respond to my requests to resolve the billing issue I just didn’t feel comfortable going back. I’m looking for a new counselor, once again. I do not advise leaving a credit card on file for a counseling office to charge as they please. I will never do that again.
