My Support Forums - View Single Post - What are your "healthy" ways to get rid of numbness/emptiness?

I don't think I experience numbness/emptiness. If anything, I'm constantly striving to be more mellow and less "intense" (as they usually put it). I'm usually doing at least 2 things at once, with 3 more spinning in my mind "to be done".

Is it medication that causes you to feel empty or what I call "flat"?
