Try to pull from the things you learned in therapy before.
Do therapeutic activities: Draw, write, take walks, take hot baths, read a book, join a club, join a church, take a class, surround yourself in a place where your alters can feel ok to be out (working with kids?) and that is relatively low stress.
You can do it.
