My anxiety is awful today. I’ve had 2 Xanax and a visteral and they aren’t helping. Plus I’ve done other stuff and I haven’t had any coffee. I don’t know it seems like I’ve been having a decent size anxiety type reaction to chocolate lately. Which has never happened before.
