There’s no reason to spend $150 a month to feed my addiction if I can help it. I’ve been mostly cigarette free since January. I think I bought 2-3 packs in May when I was struggling with depression and couldn’t get my hands on menthol juul pods. They’ve been banned in my state. I’m scared though; I know I will be VERY irritable. I don’t want to be nasty to my family.

I went waaay off diet yesterday. But still ate at maintenance. Just not deficit. So it should be fine. I’ve lost 19lb as of yesterday. So close! And I’m 5lb away from being under 200!
Congrats on the weight loss! Yay!

I bet losing nicotine will be stabilizing for you. It is way, way, way more addictive than heroin. You can do it
