My son is sick. He vomited all day yesterday. He hasn't eaten in 2 days. But wont try and eat crackers or dry toast. He has no appetite. We don't know if its food poisoning or the stomach flu. I hate seeing him so sick. Hes finally sleeping now.

I expect a panic attack tonight. I'm not going to take my meds until 11pm. I'll probably have one around 7pm. Just have to be strong and go through it. It will be 4-6 hours. Ugh!
