The frustration I have is it is the responsibility of the doctors to treat and evaulate you to test you for your diagnosis. With having a psychological diagnosis, a psychologist is required to treat them not just with medication. With this being said it is very upsetting that attorneys dont push and bring it to the courts attention for these hospitals not following protocol. If anyone has had any luck with an attorney who is willing not only to sue but to stand up for the rights of the mentally who require more than just medication please say so. Thank you.
