I pay totally out of pocket for T and she's expensive. And she doesn't do sliding scale. Where I last worked, insurance covered T for a max of 500 / year, which is barely better than nothing, it covered like 3 sessions. Not sure what my insurance will be like at the current job - haven't been there 3 months yet, so I haven't seen the plan, but I'm not expecting it to be much better.
Paying my T is basically the difference between my renting and paying a mortgage. Oh well, I figure my mental health is more important right now.
