I thought is was incredibly annoying at the time, but I do remember that one of the therapists was a yoga teacher on the side and led the people who wanted to participate in yoga a couple of times a week. I enjoyed it greatly. It was very nice to just get away from everyone for that half hour (I really didn’t like any of the other kids in the program). I also did a couple of classes when I was a bit older. Can’t afford actual classes now and wouldn’t want to given the current state of things but I’m willing to try at home. Just to clear my mind.
