It was kinda sucky but it wasn’t terrible and I still managed. It seems the more caffeine I have the less anxiety meds I take. I mentioned this today and I was told I could possibly be going through withdrawals when I’m not drinking massive amounts of caffeine and that’s why my anxiety is worse. Which I found interesting but sounds like it’s true.
