I have spent so much of my life in bed because of depression...its crazy. I had to get on meds and in therapy. It still took awhile to get out of it. As hard as it was for me, I had to force myself to exercise. I know, it is the last thing you want to do and just thinking about it is painful, but I had to get out and walk or bike or work my punching bag. I had to start slow--some days I could only do it for 5 mins, but I slowly got better. Hang in there. How is your diet? Are you eating healthy?
