Thank-you. I've been trying deep breathing. I'm at my In-laws, I need my headphones and quiet space meditation but I will try it. I'm doing deep breathing and trying to talk calmly to myself but even closing my eyes to yawn makes me more uncomfortable. I can't do yoga and I don't pray.
