I also often feel that there is someone behind me or nearby. I try my best to ignore it, but the sensation is annoying and stressful.
I will use Yao Wen's suggestion. Psychosis is basically extreme anxiety...anxiety is fear. If the brain is steeped in fear, psychosis can be really bad. Sending the brain loving messages could truly help with contradicting the anxiety and fear.
I use deep breathing. Sometimes positive affirmations. Relaxing my shoulders is very helpful, as I tend to carry tension in them.
