i guess i dont know you well enough to give you the big hug im naturally inclined to whenever someone opens up their heart so much that they let themselves feel pain for whatever period of time it is they are able to endure it...

i know thats what happened here when you read and replied to my post...

i understand how you must feel and i want to tell you i dont blame you and also that changing that is something only you can decide for yourself to do..

for me, i had to view it in the best way i could think of... if i wanted love and healing for myself, to make the cirlce complete, i have to want that for even those i have the most difficulty with... that is the only way i can see the healing go full circle.. in my view, as i understand it now, that is the best way possible for this to come out..
