The AH has been very off and onn these past few days, visual more on. I think I blacked out and punched the wall or something because my knuckles hurt a lot. Everything hurts a little bit, not too bad though. I'm wondering if it's from my near od, I don't even know if that was yesterday or three days ago. I feel so low. I feel like a failure. My ex is subtley manipulating me.
