That's a good approach. I know sometimes when I cuddle with my pets, I feel like I have great companionship. And that helps.
I feel a little better this morning. I'm ordering breakfast. I feel like some good comfort food will help me. I'm a little restless. I could use some more sleep too. I might try to do a meditation later this morning.
