I find that I close my eyes & smile. My smile let's the other human know you are feeling it. On my first exhale I blow out any negative mind chatter. It feels good to hear a compliment. Still smiling I say my thank you then breathe it in again. I try to carry that compliment with me through out the day or until the next one. It has helped me with staying on top of & being aware of my stinking thinking. I also choose to believe that they mean what they say with the compliment. My mind would tell me otherwise. We are all magic & stardust & ****. Peace.
