Buspar is another none Benzo medications that can help alot of people and its non addictive.

Just be open and honest with your Pdoc about how bad the anxiety/ panic gets..

What coping skills do you use when your having one???
I use counting, focusing on one object and describing it in detail, breathing. Those are what I've found most useful. I'm already on buspar.
