The nurse that gave me my shot didn't lecture me, just said there's always the crisis line to call and that she'd email my therapist that I had used "dangerously" and SHed. My heart rate was about 120 when she checked it. I still lied about the frequency (more shyte on my legs), but ya know, I just am glad I don't have to talk to anyone on my treatment team for another two weeks.
