Feelings of anxiety, doom and dread are so awful. I used to suffer these so much when I was younger and still do occasionally. I was helped most by self-help books on anxiety. I think one that helped me a lot was called "Leave Your Mind Behind" or something like that. Perhaps that isn't the exact title. Sorry I don't know who the author is because I loaned my copy to someone and can't remember who. This book helped me with respect to all kinds of anxiety, dread, worry and sense of doom. Perhaps there are much better self-help books out there but I haven't seen read them. It is so terrible to be beset by anxiety and worry. My heart goes out to you!
