I've had 2 naps today. It was nice but something feels off. I'm trying to relax with little activities. But part of me feels quilty because I didn't shower today and I did no housework. I'm just not motivated. I guess I need to show myself some compassion and try again tomorrow. Hope everyone is well and is able to sleep tonight.
