Today I was much less "activated." I was a bit down / bored for some of the day. Some things I did that helped: kept to my schedule, reached out, socialized on zoom and with my parents.

I'd like to start a compassion practice, and also respect myself and boundaries / needs.

This is a blue moon month, btw, and we have a full moon on Halloween, Ooooh.
