I don't know W.R.A.P. or DBT, but I've had CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) & it made a huge difference in my life. I believe in & continue to use its principles to prevent major depression, which is what I had when I received the therapy from an excellent clinical psychologist. Maybe you can google about W.R.A.P. & learn about it from sites you come up with?
