(((Ziggy))) I'm glad to see you fighting against this incorrect thinking, and are asking for help! It's ok to ask for help...outside help.... Human beings are made to do that...be interconnected. It's why you posted here, because we all need outside help with various issues.

The "again" in the subject line means you have been "here" before...and it also means you got out of "here" before too. This time will be the same, in that you might go a bit into the darkeness but once again you will rise up. I hope it will be less dark, and less time "there."
