Okay, this day so far 
IT screwed up my therapy appointment by not sending telehealth link on time (they sent it at 3 for a 2:00 appt.). Then I ordered some food from Doordash and the ding-dong delivered it to the wrong address. So now I'm waiting for a re-delivery...at the same time my husband is coming to pick up my cat to go to the vet (I can't drive yet). I do NOT want my husband to know that I order from Doordash because he would be furious about the $$$ (I know, it's a stupid thing to do).
Now I'm anxious about the vet visit. I hope it all goes well...I think Jack just has an infected claw.
I'm starting to freak out. Trying to breathe. Use CBT stuff.
