The most popular over the counter meds are melatonin ( I use 10mg tablets or chewable s) and the new thing is zzzzaquil . St. John’s wart is another OTC one but there can be serious side effects with that one.

Some states have legalized pot and there’s some verities that induce sleep.

Other wise there’s sleep meds, and AP that are used but have to have a doctors prescription.
