You're right that a reaction my mind and body has been used to for months won't disappear overnight...it's just very unsettling and I'm probably making it worse by being too hard on myself.

As for help...I see my doc this week about increasing my Seroquel...and I've just been allocated a care co-ordinator...so things should start to look up soon.
