I overeat to compensate what is lacking in my life. Since 7-11-2020, I had lost 20 pounds. However, in this past week, I gained back 6 pounds. I accomplished that eating candy and eating bigger portions than I had been.
I have been experimenting with new flavors, like curries. So far, so good! The are delicious and I am trying to better my rice making skills. It's an art and I had no idea! I also bought a wok, but haven't used it yet.
Today, I don't feel as needy as I have, so I am hopeful to get back on track and resume my better eating habits. So, today, I will work on my emotions to face and accept them for what they are and how I feel about them.
