my anxiety has gotten a lot lot better. I can go about my regular day out in town without flashbacks or panic attacks. but I still have them when I am home, or can't find a way out of what should be a safe situation, making myself feel trapped. I am still having trouble finding peaceful time to myself to study and advance scholastics and art or zoom therapy at home* and I can't function in group settings so support groups and meetups are not an option. I have also recently lost time out of the house with my dog - no more walking paths or trails or dinners with friends.
