Usually my local NAMI chapter holds a fun end mental health stigma rally on Mental Health Day. It's a very peaceful rally where some speakers give a talk and some people gets awards for volunteering. There's free pizza, water, and ice cream for everyone. This year, of course, we couldn't hold the rally  I so much missed it.
