My personal commitment to therapy is to go no matter what--no matter what is going on or how I'm feeling. Sometimes it's been a struggle but I've never been disappointed. In that room, with T, feels like it's a safe haven where I can just "be".
Therapy has been extremely helpful for my anxiety and sometimes I would love to be able to just be with my T for the relief that gives me.
