I'm sorry you're feeling so bad.

When I'm anxious is when I MOST want to see T, because I know that there is a chance that in talking to him, I'll find some relief. In fact, when a really stressful thing happens these days, the first thing that pops into my head is "T!", because I want to be with him to process whatever is going on.

I do hope you decide to go just to see what it feels like for you to have that support when you're feeling so bad. Maybe it will be just what you need.
