But seriously, I was going to suggest trying posting on a health forum, but after hearing your last part, it sounds like you struggle more with a self-defeating mindset. It may be linked to your self-esteem. You might want to consider researching ways to improve your self-esteem. People don't realize it's a part of you that can be damaged and repaired every day. It's like the mental version of your immune system. When it's down, you let in viruses (untrue thoughts about your body image, etc). When it is strong, you can easily block these thoughts and move forward and make better decisions.
